1. Service
These terms govern your use of Bijio, including account creation, story creation, publishing, messaging, profile pages, and interactive play features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access, impersonate another person, or create accounts for abusive or deceptive use.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the stories, character data, messages, profile text, and uploaded assets you submit to Bijio. You give Bijio a non-exclusive license to host, process, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the service.
If you mark a story or profile element public, you also give Bijio permission to display it to other users and visitors.
4. AI-assisted features
Bijio uses third-party model providers to help generate characters, story arcs, scene beats, and other gameplay output. Generated output may be inaccurate, repetitive, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or publishing it.
5. Uploads and public content
You may upload avatars, story covers, gallery images, and sprite assets. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use. Public stories, public profiles, and some uploaded media may be visible to other users and visitors.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Bijio to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, send malicious code, scrape private data, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls.
7. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend features, or suspend accounts if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for other users, or threatened the stability or security of the service.
8. Availability and product changes
Bijio is an evolving product. Features may change, break, be removed, or be limited at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature, storage level, or compatibility mode.
9. Disclaimer
Bijio is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10. Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bijio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Bijio after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
